Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Skarpa Bin Cleaning and/or Skarpa Industries, LLC and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights and materials contained on this Website.

This Website and services are provided “as is,” with all faults, and Skarpa Bin Cleaning and/or Skarpa Industries, LLC expresses no representations or warranties of any kind related to this Website, services, or materials contained on this Website.

6. Service Plans and Subscription Terms
Recurring service plans are provided at discounted rates based on continued service participation. Monthly service plans require a minimum of three completed cleanings. Quarterly service plans require a minimum of two completed cleanings. If recurring service is canceled before the required minimum service period has been completed, Skarpa Bin Cleaning reserves the right to charge the difference between the discounted subscription pricing received and the current standard one-time Bin Reset service pricing. One-time Bin Reset services do not require a service commitment. Prices, promotions, discounts, and service offerings are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

7. Billing and Renewals
Customers enrolling in recurring service plans may be charged at the time of signup. Recurring subscription payments are automatically processed on the 1st day of each month unless otherwise stated. The initial payment covers the customer’s first scheduled cleaning and enrollment into the selected service plan. Depending on the date of enrollment, the time between the initial payment and the next recurring billing date may be less than 30 days. Customers will continue to receive the number of cleanings included in their selected service plan regardless of billing date.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring trash bins are accessible and available for scheduled service appointments. Bins must be free of hazardous materials including, but not limited to, paint, oil, fuels, automotive fluids, chemicals, solvents, pesticides, medical waste, biohazard materials, sharp objects, dead animals, wet concrete, or other dangerous substances. Skarpa Bin Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service if hazardous or prohibited materials are present. If bins are inaccessible due to locked gates, blocked driveways, loose animals, or other obstructions, service may be skipped and charges may still apply. Customers are responsible for securing pets and maintaining a safe work area during service appointments.

9. Scheduling and Service Delays
Service dates and times may be adjusted due to weather conditions, equipment failure, traffic, holidays, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Skarpa Bin Cleaning will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduling changes. Missed cleanings due to circumstances beyond our control may be rescheduled to the next available service date.

10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Skarpa Bin Cleaning and/or Skarpa Industries, LLC, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or services. Skarpa Bin Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to trash bins including cracks, loose wheels, faded surfaces, brittle plastic, improperly attached lids, or damage caused by normal wear and tear.

11. Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Skarpa Bin Cleaning and/or Skarpa Industries, LLC from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

12. Variation of Terms
Skarpa Bin Cleaning and/or Skarpa Industries, LLC is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
